Why Self-Oiling Matters
In Ayurveda, oiling is more than care it's connection. When you warm oil between your palms and touch your scalp, you awaken marma points, improve circulation, and balance the doshas. It's meditation in motion ,one svarasa drop at a time.
The Sacred Ritual — Step by Step
Step 1 — Warm Your Oil
Use Root Revival Oil or your preferred Svarasa oil. Warm a small bowl of oil in hot water for 1–2 minutes until it's pleasantly warm to touch. Warmth helps the herbs penetrate deeper into follicles.
Step 2 — Massage the Roots
Divide hair into sections and apply oil along the scalp using your fingertips. Massage in circular motions for 5 minutes focus on crown and temples to relieve tension.
Step 3 — Wrap & Rest
Wrap your hair with a warm towel for 20 minutes. This opens pores and allows herbs like Bhringraj & Amla to work their magic.
Step 4 — Cleanse & Nourish
Rinse gently using Root Cleanse Shampoo, then apply Root Protect Serum for post-wash hydration.
