Return & refund policy
We at Svarasa have formulated each product to deliver best possible results, transparently. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.
We offer refunds / replacements only in the following cases:
● You received a wrong shipment
● You received a damaged product
● You received an expired product
In any of the above cases, please raise a return/ replacement request within 72 hours from the date of delivery. No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 72 hours from the time of delivery of the product. We accept returns only if the products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return/ replacement. Refunds will be processed after the returned items are inspected and approved.
