Are your products 100% Ayurvedic?

Yes. Every Svarasa formulation follows Ayurvedic pharmacopeia principles, crafted with pure herbs like Bhringraj, Amla, Neem, and Hibiscus, blended using cold-pressed extraction and no synthetic additives.

Are your products safe for all hair types?

Absolutely.
Our products are suitable for all hair types and doshas Vata (dry), Pitta (sensitive), and Kapha (oily).

Do your products contain parabens, sulfates, or silicones?

Never.
We are proud to be free from sulfates, silicones, parabens, mineral oils, and synthetic fragrance.
All Svarasa products are vegan, cruelty-free, and dermatologically tested.

How should I store Svarasa products?

Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Because our formulas are plant-based and preservative-light, keeping them away from heat ensures long-lasting freshness and potency.

HAIRCARE & USAGE

How often should I oil my hair?

For most scalp types, 2–3 times a week is ideal.
Gently warm the oil, massage it into your scalp for 5–10 minutes, and leave it on for at least 30 minutes (or overnight) before washing.

Which shampoo should I use after oiling?

Use our Root Cleanse Daily Shampoo — it gently removes oil without stripping natural moisture.
Avoid harsh foaming cleansers after oiling, as they undo the nourishing effects of your ritual.

Can I use Svarasa products if I have colored or treated hair?

Yes.
Our Ayurvedic formulas are gentle, sulfate-free, and safe for chemically treated or colored hair.
They help rebuild strength and restore scalp health over time.

How long before I start seeing results?

Ayurveda works gently but deeply.
With regular ritual use (2–3 times weekly), you can expect visible changes in 3–4 weeks — softer texture, stronger roots, and calmer scalp health.

 Where do your herbs come from?

Our herbs are ethically sourced from Indian farms in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Uttarakhand — regions known for authentic Ayurvedic botanicals.
We follow traditional harvesting methods and test every batch for purity.

What makes Svarasa oils different from others?

Svarasa oils are cold-pressed and slow-infused with herbs for 21 days in small batches.
This traditional method preserves nutrient potency and enhances scalp absorption.

Are your products tested on animals?

Never.
All Svarasa formulations are 100% cruelty-free and vegan.

Do you use artificial fragrance or color?

No.
Our aromas come naturally from the herbs and essential oils used  nothing synthetic is added.

 What is your return policy?

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we do not accept opened products.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, we’ll replace it immediately.
